Through The Word Podcast

We are thrilled to share the launch of our new podcast, Lyric and Letter: Through The Word! This companion series is born out of our Community Bible Study journey, and it’s designed to take us deeper into God’s Word, chapter by chapter, theme by theme.

We began this study together on June 1, 2024, and have already explored Genesis and Job. Now, through this podcast, we can reflect on the insights, “rabbit trails,” and life applications that have enriched our study time. Whether you’ve been part of the live gatherings or are just joining us, this podcast will walk you through the highlights and help connect scripture to your everyday walk with Christ.

Episode 1: Genesis 1-3 Highlights
In our first episode, we dive into the foundation of all scripture: Genesis 1-3. Together, we discuss:

• How God’s creation reflects His order and purpose.

• The parallels between Genesis 1 and John 1:1—revealing Jesus as central to creation.

• What it means to be made in God’s image and how the fall impacted humanity.

• The patterns in the days of creation and how they mirror God’s intentionality.

• How Genesis 3 points forward to Christ’s redemptive work.
